The room was incredible and beautiful and the bathroom was spacious. We had city view. The hotel was set in a suburban area short walk to restaurants, shopping mall and airport, the tourist sites, and large shopping centre. Café Nedelya located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Sofia. the location was fantastic. It was situated in a nice neighborhood, not too far from Sofia airport, which made my trip very convenient. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to assist with printing my boarding passes. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and a great shower. Lastly, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options including wine.
The hotel was let down by its lack of attention to detail in some areas.
